Bodrum Houses

Bodrum Houses, designed by the world renowned architect Richard Meier, is located in Yalıkavak, one of the premium residential areas in Bodrum Peninsula. Each house has 3 levels, a canopied car garage, a seperate pool and a detached guest house. This house is a significant representative of modern architecture, and it is illuminated in order to create a cozy atmosphere for its inhabitants. ZKLD and Meier cooperated for the lighting design. Uniqueness and purity of the architecture is emphasized with the transparent volumes that emit light during the night which create a contrast with the solid volumes that are unlit.
